LOG IT -don't forget
Remember FRESHMEN, SOPH, and NEW runners need to LOG (that means write down on a calendar, preferably the one i gave you) their miles (90 total at least by August 11) to be eligible for camp !! Juniors/Seniors need 135 miles LOGGED by August 11. You will be required to bring these to our August 5th parent meeting!! Also, better get your physical early so its taken care of ... you must have a physical to go to camp and start practice. Coach.
