4 weeks = 28 days = 672 hours = time to prepare

hey all you XC runners, its time to get moving, time to get running, time to get thinking, time to set goals, time to be motivated, time to RUN. Track season is only 4 weeks away. In four weeks we'll be out hitting it hard as a team. BUT, right now is where YOU should be hitting it hard by yourself. Running champions are made in January and February - you build your endurance now so you can be FAST later. If you enjoyed a low key winter so far its time to get it on !!! If you are interested in RUNNING after school stop by my room. I have a meeting on MONDAY, but I'll run after school on TUES. and WED for sure.... I'm going to get going myself. Usually I cross country ski this time of year and i've been doing quite a bit of it but I also feel like getting running a bit earlier than usual this year. I've got two races on my own personal schedule - the Bayshore half marathon in May and the Grand Island Marathon in July. I'm preparing RIGHT NOW for my race in May. You should be doing the same.
