TRACK WORKOUTS

SPRING BREAK workouts


April 6th Monday
10 min warm
Stretch
20-60 minutes


April 7th Tuesday
10 min warm.
2 miles (12-14 minutes) HARD
2 miles easy


April 8th Wed.
Easy 30-60 min.



April 9th Thursday
10 min warm.
1 min hard
1 min easy so you get 10 minutes hard total
Then easy 10 minutes @ end.


April 10th Friday.

20-60 min easy


April 11th Saturday

3-8 mile run easy with two walking breaks


Sunday April 12th -- OFF REST UP.

Monday April 13th -- Easy 30 minutes with 4-5 x 100m stride-outs after.

Tuesday April 14th, track meet at Alpena.
