track


Track season is nearing its end and its time to start thinking XC training over the summer. Here's the SECRET RECIPE for how to become a good XC runner. RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN, then take a day off. Then RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN. Then take a day off. Then RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN. Then take a day off. What do you need? mental toughness and big goals. You don't need a ball or friends or a field or coaches or a hoop or a glove or special shoes or anything but determination.

also, meeting coming up soon, please attend. First GROUP RUN will be Thursday 6pm. I am going set a date of THURSDAY 6pm, all summer as its just easier to remember. Or, wait, maybe MONDAY is better?? anyone have any input? post comments here!
