4 weeks to TRACK SEASON


Track season is called "I'm here to stay in shape for XC season" time by many true XC runners. Whatever you call it, track season is an excellent complement to your XC running. It gives you speed, a regular schedule of running to follow, and some focus in the spring. See you on March 15th in my room - 120 at 3pm.
