Wow, its week SIX of our season already!! This week is our first real SPEEDWORK week. Its time to start thinking FAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSST.
Monday - Long run, 2 mile warmup, then 6-8 miles depending on who you are.
Tuesday - easy and short, 2 mile warm. 30 minute run.
Wed - TRIBUTE TIME
Thursday easy and short, 2 mile warmup, 30 minute run.
Friday - 2 mile warmup, 3x1 mile intervals FASTER THAN RACE PACE.
Saturday - On your own easy 30-60 minutes
Sunday - OFF
Monday - 2 mile warm, easy 30-50 minutes
Tuesday - First Big North Conference meet - At CADILLAC.
