Workouts for Sept 26 to Oct 2

5 weeks until regionals!!!! ITS TIME FOR SPEED.

Monday - LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG run.
Tuesday - easy and short
Wed - 2 mile warm 2-2.5 mile tempo run 2 mile cool, or (maybe 4x800m 4x800m)
Thurs - easy and short
Friday - 2 mile warm, 6x800m HARD AND FAST, 2 mile cool
Saturday - on your own 30-60 minutes
Sunday - off, rest
Monday - easy and short with stride outs
Tuesday - Big North Conference meet #2, at Petoskey, camp Petosega
To get to camp Petosega - go north on I75 to Indian River, get off expressway and head west on M68 toward Petoskey, about 2 miles out of Indian River turn left onto Parke/Independence road. Follow this for a few miles and it curves south (left) and becomes Reams road. Stay on Reams road a few miles then turn RIGHT on Pickerel Lake Road then right again on Bamwell road. Finally turn Left on Camp Petosega Road and you will see the signs for the campground. XC course is in a big field just before campground, you will see busses. Girls 4pm, Boys 430pm.
