LAST UPDATE

overnight temps in the lower 50's bring a warm sleeping bag, warm sweatshirt, warm sweatpants, maybe a hat, gloves, windbreaker, BRRRRRRRR

when we do our morning run it will also be cool, bring a LONG SLEEVE SHIRT to run in, layer over top of a short sleeve shirt - you can take long sleeve off and tie around waist easily!!

SWIMSUIT - forgot to put on the list!!

be at GHS by 830am please, we LEAVE at 9am.

MANY OF YOU NEED TO SIGN YOUR ATHLETIC PHYSICALS, ABOUT HALF DID NOT SIGN THEM, AND YOUR PARENTS HAVE TO SIGN THE EMERGENCY INFO TOO,  THERE ARE TOO MANY TO LIST HERE, SO PLEASE REMEMBER TO SIGN IT MONDAY.
