workouts for regionals week

COLD AND RAINY AND WET AND SLOPPY AND HAIL AND WIND, DRESS WARM THIS WEEK.
 

I WOULD LIKE THE TOP 10 BOYS AND 10 GIRLS TO KEEP PRACTICING THIS WEEK AND YOU WILL ALSO ATTEND REGIONALS ON THE BUS WITH US AS A TEAM.
 
MONDAY - 2 MILE WARMUP, STRETCH INSIDE, 3 MILES EASY WITH COACH
 
TUESDAY - 2 MILE WARMUP, 1X MILE ALL OUT ON THE TRACK - MAYBE GOLF COURSE IF ITS FAIRLY NICE OUT - THEN EASY MILE, THEN 4X HILLS USING DOWNHILL RELAXING UP HILL, THEN EASY MILE
 
WEDNESDAY - EASY 30 MIN WITH STRIDE OUTS
 
THURSDAY - OFF, NO RUNNING BUT WE WILL HAVE A 20-30 MINUTE MEETING IN COACH'S ROOM RIGHT AT 3PM AS USUAL.
 
FRIDAY - EASY 20 MINUTES WITH STRIDE OUTS
 

SATURDAY - BUT DEPARTS AT 10AM FOR TCCENTRAL (WE RUN AT THE GRAND TRAVERSE RESORTS)  WE WILL ARRIVE THERE AT 1130AM.  GIRLS RACE AT 130PM, BOYS AT 230PM.  THE COURSE IS VERY SPECTATOR "UNFRIENDLY"  -- OUR GOAL IS TO PLACE IN THE TOP 3 TO QUALIFY FOR THE MHSAA STATE FINALS.
