Looks like we will have about the same number of XC runners at team camp as last year - 31... stay tuned for an update with names.  Remember you must have 4 aspen runs (i will do a make up run or two if you need) and your miles logged on paper.

Parent meeting will be WEDNESDAY AUG 13th, 6pm - AT GHS.  At this meeting you can turn in your summer miles logged on paper (must do so before camp) your physical (must do so to participate in practice) and your $$  -- $100 covers the camp costs.  At this time I'll also hand out our itinerary and the paperwork necessary to go to camp - consent form in particular.  I will also post that information here a few days before the meeting so you could just print and bring along.  If you cannot pay the $100 until the day we leave that is fine too.  Please bring CASH or a check made out to me so we can cash it before we leave town.

This is also the first official day of XC practice - 9am at Aspen park.  MARK YOUR CALENDARS!!

Remember, 300 mile club members get a sweatshirt designed by our own Carlie Martella!
